With a lifelong love for movement and athletics, Rose delved deeper into her yoga practice during the pandemic. This exploration led her to pursue yoga teacher training in 2021. Furthering her understanding of the relationship between breath, movement, and bodywork, Rose underwent training at East West Healing Arts, guided by Bree and Kate. Drawing on her expertise in movement, yoga, massage, and bodywork, she helps clients explore wellness from various perspectives. In her free time, Rose continues her personal yoga and Ayurvedic practices, and she enjoys immersing herself in Milwaukee's vibrant offerings, including music, art, food, and community.
